What is being computed

At each seed, the pencil is formed by directions to nearby actual seeds. 8 nearest (best 4): finds the 8 physically closest seeds, tries all C(8,4)=70 subsets of 4, picks the subset whose CR is closest to 2. CR varies subtly in [1.95, 2.00] — real variation visible in the color. Fibonacci pair modes: use the Fibonacci family structure for the pencil definition.
